In this introductory stress management workshop, you will learn some of most effective ways to cope with stress.

This informative and entertaining class combines the latest research on best practices for stress reduction through lecture, guided relaxation, discussion, and reflective writing.   You will leave with your own personal stress management workbook to use through the year.

There will be a 15 minute break half way through the class.   Tea, water, and a light snack will be provided.
