-Improve your ability to stay powerfully grounded under pressure on set and in your life

-Cultivate deeper personal awareness and knowledge of your inner workings

-Learn skills to stay mentally healthy in the midst of uncertainty

-Develop greater vitality to enter your auditions with more grounded energy and focus

-Discover how to handle challenges through creative solution building
